Choose a request

What to include

Tell us the request type, the website or campaign involved if known, and the email address or telephone number associated with the interaction when needed to locate the record. Include your state or country if relevant to the rights you are invoking. You do not need to provide a reason for a marketing opt-out.

Please avoid sending account passwords, Social Security numbers, payment details, health records, or a copy of an identity document. We will explain any necessary, proportionate verification for access or deletion. Sale/sharing opt-outs must not be conditioned on a verified consumer request.

Stopping calls or messages

You may also communicate your request directly to the sender, including replying STOP to a marketing text where supported, or clearly telling a caller to stop. A request to Blue Bench Media is assessed against the records and relationships we control; it does not automatically suppress all unrelated businesses.

The National Do Not Call Registry is available at donotcall.gov. Registration does not replace a company-specific withdrawal request.

Browser privacy signals

This center has no sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising features. Browser signal detection is available when JavaScript is enabled.

Global Privacy Control detection on this page is limited to this browser. It does not locate or delete existing lead records, change another website, or prove that other company sites honor the signal. For those requests, use the contact options above.

What happens next

The privacy lead must log the request, assess scope and any necessary verification, apply the relevant deadline, and coordinate with affected recipients where required. A refusal or retention exception must be explained. You may appeal by email and contact the relevant state privacy regulator or attorney general.

Read the Privacy Policy and Communications Standard for further context.
